Classes can be offered either in my home in Nunhead, south east London, or I can travel to your home or workplace. This is a wonderful way to personalise a yoga practice to suit each individual’s needs, interests and circumstances. You get to develop a personally tailored practice routine that supports you, whether there is a specific issue you would like to work with, or are simply curious to explore more deeply into alignment, movement flow, relaxation and breathwork. You will be able to go at your own pace and feel free to ask questions in a calm and quiet environment. 1-to-1 classes can help you:

• Improve coordination and proprioception
• Balance the nervous system
• Support healthy immune function
1 hour is £75. An additional fee may be applicable for me to travel to you. In honour of accessibility I can offer a sliding scale to make sure money is not an obstacle to wellness. All private yoga classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
